Question 1

What is SavvyRite?

Accepted Answer

SavvyRite is an AI-powered business platform built exclusively for solo wedding officiants. It handles everything from the first couple inquiry through the signed marriage license, combining AI ceremony script writing, automated booking and client management, digital contracts, Stripe payment processing, a couple intake portal, and marriage license guidance in one purpose-built platform. Built by a working wedding officiant.

Question 2

Who is SavvyRite designed for?

Accepted Answer

SavvyRite is designed for solo wedding officiants who are ordained and actively booking ceremonies. It is built for officiants writing scripts from scratch, chasing unsigned contracts, and managing their business across Gmail, Google Docs, and multiple disconnected tools. SavvyRite is not built for wedding planning firms, venues, or large coordination companies.

Question 3

How does SavvyRite's AI ceremony script writing work?

Accepted Answer

SavvyRite generates personalized ceremony scripts using Claude AI from Anthropic, informed by the officiant's voice profile and the couple's intake responses. During onboarding, officiants set their tone, style, formality level, and preferred phrases. The AI produces a full ceremony structure: welcome, love story, address, ring exchange, vows, pronouncement, and closing, all in the officiant's documented voice. Every section can be individually regenerated or edited.

Question 4

What is Mona in SavvyRite?

Accepted Answer

Mona is SavvyRite's conversational love story agent. Instead of static intake forms, Mona guides couples through a warm natural chat about how they met, the proposal, what they love about each other, shared interests, and meaningful memories. When the conversation ends, Mona extracts the answers into structured data that feeds directly into the AI ceremony script writer.

Question 5

How much does SavvyRite cost?

Accepted Answer

SavvyRite offers two plans. Officiate is $39 per month or $390 per year. Officiate Pro is $69 per month or $690 per year. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.

Question 6

Does SavvyRite replace HoneyBook or Dubsado for wedding officiants?

Accepted Answer

SavvyRite replaces HoneyBook, Dubsado, and several other tools for wedding officiants. HoneyBook and Dubsado are built for general creative professionals, and officiants are an afterthought. SavvyRite was architected around the officiant workflow: ceremony-first intake, AI script writing, marriage license tracking, Sign and Go workflow, and a conversational love story agent. It replaces DocuSign, Google Forms, Word documents, spreadsheets, and informal payment apps in one platform.

Question 7

What is the Sign and Go feature in SavvyRite?

Accepted Answer

Sign and Go is SavvyRite's streamlined workflow for couples who only need their marriage certificate signed or notarized, no ceremony required. Sign and Go clients follow a simplified pipeline and the questionnaire and ceremony script tabs are automatically hidden from their record.

Question 8

Can I upload existing contracts and documents to SavvyRite?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every couple record has a Documents tab where officiants can upload PDFs, Word documents, and images up to 25MB each with descriptive labels. Files are stored securely with access restricted to the officiant who uploaded them.
