Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
For officiants: Name, email address, phone number, and business information you provide when creating an account or completing your onboarding profile.
For couples: Name, email address, phone number, wedding details, love story responses, ceremony preferences, and other information submitted through the couple questionnaire. Couples access SavvyRite through secure token-based links and do not create accounts.
Payment information is collected directly by Stripe and is not stored by SavvyRite. We store payment status and references only.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely to provide the SavvyRite service: managing your ceremony business, generating ceremony drafts, facilitating contracts and payments, and communicating with your couples.
Officiant voice profiles and couple questionnaire responses are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate ceremony drafts. This data is not stored by Anthropic and is not used to train AI models.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. How We Protect Your Data
Row-level security in our database ensures each officiant can only access their own data and their own couples' records. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
4. Third-Party Services
SavvyRite uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic Claude API — AI ceremony generation
- Resend — transactional email delivery
Each service processes data only as needed to provide their respective service and is bound by their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
You can export your data at any time from your account Settings page. You can delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes all your data from our systems.
Couples can request their data be removed by contacting their officiant, who can delete couple records from their dashboard.
6. Cookies
SavvyRite uses essential cookies to maintain authentication sessions. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
