Terms of Service
1. The Service
SavvyRite is a ceremony business management platform for wedding officiants. It provides tools for client management, contract generation, payment collection, questionnaire management, AI-assisted ceremony writing, and couple communication. SavvyRite is a product of The Savvy Pointe.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person.
3. AI-Assisted Ceremony Writing
SavvyRite uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate ceremony draft suggestions based on your voice profile and your couple's questionnaire responses. These drafts are starting points — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and finalizing all ceremony content before delivering it to couples.
SavvyRite does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content. The officiant is solely responsible for the final ceremony delivered to clients.
4. Payments
Payments between officiants and couples are processed through Stripe. SavvyRite facilitates the payment flow but is not a party to the service agreement between the officiant and the couple.
SavvyRite is not responsible for disputes between officiants and couples regarding services rendered, refunds, or payment amounts. Those matters are solely between the officiant and their client.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on SavvyRite, including ceremony scripts, questionnaire templates, and business information. By using the service, you grant SavvyRite a limited license to store and process your content as needed to provide the service to you.
6. Couple Data
As an officiant, you are responsible for your couples' data. Couples access SavvyRite through secure token-based links and do not create accounts. You must use couple data only for the purpose of providing your officiant services and must not share or sell couple data to third parties.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SavvyRite to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Generate ceremony content that is discriminatory, hateful, or harmful
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications to clients
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. Active contracts and payment obligations between you and your couples exist independently of your SavvyRite account and are not affected by cancellation.
9. Limitation of Liability
SavvyRite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for ceremony content, missed deadlines, payment disputes, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Savvy Pointe's total liability for any claim arising from your use of SavvyRite shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of SavvyRite after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
