From one officiant to another

I built the tool I wanted.

I have stood at the front of a lot of ceremonies, and I know what it takes to get there. The inquiry comes in through one app. The contract goes out through another. Deposits live in a spreadsheet. And the ceremony script, the part that makes our work personal, gets written late at night from a stack of notes.

So I mapped every step of that workflow and built SavvyRite around it. The questionnaire that books your couple is the same information that shapes their ceremony draft, written in your voice.

From first inquiry to ceremony day

  1. 01

    Inquiry arrives

Couples fill out your intake form. You review each one on your dashboard and decide who to take on.

  2. 02

    Contract and deposit

Send an agreement filled in with the couple's details. Both of you sign digitally, and every payment is tracked.

  3. 03

    The couple tells their story

A guided questionnaire, or a conversation with Mona, captures their love story, vow style and traditions.

  4. 04

    A draft in your voice

SavvyRite drafts a starting point matched to your tone and signature phrases. You edit every word.

  5. 05

    Review and approve

Share a read-only preview in the couple's portal. They read it together, leave notes and approve.

  6. 06

    Ready for the day

State marriage license guidance, a rehearsal builder and a day-of timeline you can print.
